3Music Awards '22: Here are all the winners
The 5th annual 3Music Awards was held at the Grand Arena where KiDi a consecutive Artiste of the Year award

At a fabulous night of Ghanaian music opulence, Africa witnessed its greatest ever music spectacle. It was the 5th annual 3Music Awards where the very best music creatives had aggregated in over thirty distinct categories, the most prestigious being the Artiste of the Year.


And so it was KiDi. Again! The velvet smooth singer topped eight others to emerge Artiste of the Year at the 3Music Awards ’22, just as he had done in ’21- the previous year. Sarkodie entered sunset as the top nominee with 12 entries, but it was KiDi who ultimately stole the night, becoming the first artiste to ever win the top gong twice, and consecutively.

In fitting poetic justice, the night died on Saturday March 26, 2022 at the Grand Arena with a befitting final performance from the man now known as Ghana’s golden boy.
