Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3music TV website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by 3Music Networks ("3music TV", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing tickets, submitting content, or otherwise accessing our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

3music TV provides an online music and entertainment platform that includes, without limitation:

  • Music news, articles, and editorial content.
  • Music video streaming and playback.
  • Live TV streaming of 3music TV broadcasts.
  • Event listings and ticket purchasing services.
  • 3Music Awards voting and coverage.
  • Photo galleries, interviews, and lifestyle content.
  • Newsletter and notification subscriptions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

Use of the ticket purchasing service is restricted to persons aged 18 or over, or to minors acting with express parental consent.

4. User Accounts

Some features of our Services require you to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the 3music TV platform — including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, audio clips, and software — is owned by or licensed to 3Music Networks and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may access and view content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish content without prior written permission.
  • Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services.

Any content you submit to the platform (e.g., comments, feedback) grants 3music TV a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
  • Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harassing.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Engage in fraudulent ticket purchases or resale at inflated prices without authorisation.
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.

7. Tickets & Payments

When you purchase tickets through our platform, you enter into a binding transaction subject to the following conditions:

  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate billing and contact information. Incorrect information may result in order cancellation.
  • Pricing: All prices are shown in the currency indicated and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Confirmation: Your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided.
  • Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed by the organiser. In such cases, we will notify you and process refunds in accordance with the specific event policy.
  • Resale: Unauthorised resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Paystack. By purchasing, you also agree to Paystack's terms of service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content published on the platform. Editorial content represents the views of the author and not necessarily those of 3Music Networks.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 3MUSIC NETWORKS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3Music Networks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
